Step 1: Book a Comms Health Call
This is a 30-minute conversation to review where things stand today, what's not working, and what outcomes matter most to your business.
You’ll leave with initial insights and a clear recommendation for how I can help.
Step 2: Choose Your Engagement Format
I offer two core ways to work together, depending on how hands-on you want me to be:
1. Comms Audit & Blueprint (project-based)
A 4–6 week strategic engagement where I assess your internal comms ecosystem, design a custom communications system aligned to your goals, and deliver everything your team needs to run it.
2. Ongoing Strategic Advisory (fractional retainer)
This is a monthly engagement where I act as your internal comms partner, helping you navigate transformation, lead with clarity, and scale your function without adding headcount.

Rates & Availability
Most projects start at $7,500–$15,000 depending on size and complexity. Fractional retainers begin at $5,000/month for strategic partnership.
I can typically start within 1–2 weeks and ramp up quickly with minimal onboarding.
I work as a contractor (1099), but if your HR process requires a short-term W2 setup, I’m fully equipped for that too.
